My husband ordered these for me for my birthday, and the rose farmer sent roses were just so beautiful that he went ahead and-ordered a double batch for Valentine’s Day. I also told my two brother-in-law‘s about it so they could order them for their wives for Valentine’s Day. Everyone was so impressed with the quality of the flower and the fact that they lasted way over two weeks looking beautiful the whole time and taking their time to open into full beautiful blooms. I’ve ordered from this company two other times this year And each time they’ve provided roses that are far beyond what I ever expect from a florist.
Prices far too high, exorbitant. Promotional “vouchers” do not count like cash because they don’t let you use the “voucher” to pay if you’re also trying to utilize a discount coupon. Even with a promo coupon or promo voucher, prices are very expensive. On the positive side, roses are high quality and beautiful. However, their customer service is impossible to reach live, and via email it took a week for an emailed response that was 95% computer automated and not helpful. Going to another provider.
I wasn’t sure about ordering flower from so far away because I thought they may not last until they got here. Wow was I wrong. These things are the most beautiful I’ve seen and a HUGE bouquet. They came as buds and once you get them in water it’s amazing to literally watch them bloom. No joke. We took pictures of the different stages of bloom. The receiver was elated!! Thank you for the beautiful flowers!
Rosefarmers contacted me to verify a delivery, and they were responsive and efficient with our emails. I wasn't expecting an answer until regular business hours, but they contacted me back the same evening! Their customer service is outstanding!
In general this company provides nice flowers for an affordable price, straight from South America to your doorstep. I can strongly agree with this. All good, at least unless there's a problem... My problem was that the delivery dates got mixed up while using shop.com to pay for my order, which I noticed 1 min later, and immediately emailed Rosefarmers. Well, it took them over 24 hours to respond with some generic bull**** response [seemed AI generated], which neither addressed my issue nor responded in a helpful way... So, in the future I will buy locally. Signed, not a happy customer!
