I really wish I could rate this service with zero stars, but that's not an option. I placed an order and chose express shipping, expecting the item to arrive within the promised 2-5 business days. Unfortunately, that did not happen, and when it indicated delivery, I could not find it anywhere. I checked with my neighbors, and no one had seen it. I then reached out to the support team for a refund, and the process dragged on for over five days. They insisted on providing evidence for the refund, but how can I do that when the item never arrived? Ultimately, they only offered me a 70% refund, which was unacceptable. I advise everyone to steer clear of this service—it's a waste of money and feels like a scam!
Placing the order was straightforward, payment was hassle-free, and tracking was efficient given the long distance. The item arrived in perfect condition. A solid 10/10, and I would definitely order again. 5 stars from me.
I ordered a personalised heart locket as a Christmas gift and I am extremely disappointed. The product preview showed a nicely centred family photo, where faces were clear and recognisable. What I received was completely different — the photo inside the locket is tiny, poorly positioned, off-centre, and nearly impossible to recognise. It looks nothing like what was advertised or what I approved at checkout. To make matters worse, this was meant to be a meaningful Christmas gift, so I contacted the company urgently with clear photos showing the issue and requested a replacement to be sent via express post.
They have not responded at all. No acknowledgment, no apology, no solution. Selling personalised items comes with responsibility. If you can’t match the preview shown to customers — or even respond when something goes wrong — you shouldn’t be selling personalised jewellery. Poor quality, misleading presentation, and completely unacceptable customer service. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company, especially if your order is time-sensitive or emotionally important.
After waiting weeks for a personalised apron, I received something completely different from what I expected. I ordered exactly what was depicted in the picture - the same color fabric, which appeared to be a thick off-white cotton with dark brown thread. Instead, I was sent a cheap, polyester beige piece that wouldn't fit even a 12-year-old. Moreover, it was stamped with a light orangey-brown design rather than being embroidered as advertised. This experience felt like a waste of both time and money, and I will not be ordering from them again.
