I am very happy with my Rouse Home purchase! I was very worried because I read reviews about products being damaged only after I ordered 6 Gubi chairs. I even wanted to cancel my order but decided to give the company a chance. Shipping does take a long time which is indicated only after you purchase, but this is pretty standard when ordering Nordic/Scandinavian designer furniture. My order was delivered within the estimated delivery time and customer service replied to me within 24h every time I inquired about my order. Most importantly, my 6 chairs arrived today in pristine condition. Each chair was wrapped and protected in the designer box. 100% authentic and in perfect condition, and this is the best price I found online in addition to be able to pay with Affirm. I will buy again from Rouse Home if they continue to offer competitive prices. I'm very glad that I had a very different experience than other customers and I would highly recommend.
Theives, They gave me a promo lamp with purchase and waited a month to steal the money from my credit card. Then refused to honor their own promotion!!! My sideboard was 3 months late no apologies.Terrible and crooks. I am reporting them to many outlets as thieves!
DO NOT order from this shady website, the reviews below are all accurate. I ordered an expensive table toward the end of last year, my first order with this company. Kept getting automated monthly emails that I could expect the item within the next month and the order couldn't be cancelled. By the 4th revised ETA, I had had enough and was told I could cancel. Once I said I wanted to cancel, they tried to pretend as if the item had already shipped and delayed cancellation. Finally they relented - But yes I waited over 4 months for nothing. No apologies for the lies and delays. I never leave reviews, but the total intentional dishonesty and utter lack of respect for your time at these prices is seriously disturbing.
Do not purchase from Rouse Home. I ordered 2 expensive lamps in October and was charged in November with an email saying the lamps would ship week of Dec 14. The date came and went. Afterwards, I checked in weekly and was always told, "The lamps are at the warehouse and will ship next week."Cut to me finally reading customer reviews and canceling the order. The order was canceled, and now two weeks later Rouse has recharged me for cancelled lamps. It's likely I'll be seeing these clowns in court. Don't make the same mistake - whomever is running this company is a crook.
