Well i had built up some coin from my daily log in bonus. I was playing that and then I had none left. So I went and made a small purchase and went back and played the same game Vortex!! I'm very unhappy about the way I have been treated by Roxy Moxy casino. I have played on their platform for approximately 6 months and spent a lot of money. I always received my winnings in about 72 hours and updates on my email address. Now all of the sudden I get a email saying that they can't pay me like the normal way and ask for either my bank account information or my pre debit card. So I gave them both. I have now received 4 emails at different times asking me for the same information to get paid and this is after telling me days ago that they had all the information they need and my winnings were on the way. The emails stopped. No phone number to call and still waiting on my 1,100$ in winnings.
I really didn't want to have to get on here an type this review. Their customer support or lack of I should say has pretty much forced me to. They basically just have ignored every message and email I have sent other than 1 or 2. They only acknowledged me after I made a comment on a Facebook post which they immediately deleted. They have done that twice with he 2nd comment getting no response, only deleted. The 3rd one I made I haven't checked but I see the pattern here. I have sent around 8 emails both directly to "support" and through their own form online. No response. I have sent at 5 messages on Facebook through messenger to their business account. After the response to my first attempt I have gotten , you guessed it. NO RESPONSE! These people are in serious need of some live chat support because as it is they have none at all of any kind. The site is easy to use. I like the games they offer. I was able to win so that is the reason for the 2 star rating. Apparently winning is only half the battle. After that the real hard fight starts. What they call customer support I'm not real sure even exists. It's infuriating and absurd. I thought I should add that I'm trying to reach them about their redemption process. I requested a $100 redemption. The status says "Approved" but I have yet to see the money in my account. If it's approved then send it. You have no need to hold it just because you want to. That's just stupid. You reached out to me to say that you answered my initial question and that if I had another question let you know. I had other questions after the first and you people ignored me then and are still ignoring me. How about get some customer service and pay the people that win. This has been one of the worst experiences of playing these sites I have ever had. It's pathetic. Edt to say they did pay. Their customer support is still garbage. Good luck getting in touch with anyone.
I would love to give Roxymoxy a better score, but their lack of customer service has given me no other choice than to review them poorly.I was playing games on RoxyMoxy, got lucky, and won some money, so I decided to redeem. The problem is that the site automatically pulled my name from Gmail and didn’t let me enter it manually, and now they refuse to change it. As a result, I’m stuck as “Tim Nieuw” in their system, which means none of my documents can pass KYC verification.I thought it would be an easy fix, so I reached out to support... and then I waited. And waited. After nearly two weeks with no response, I’m giving up. When the site works, it’s great, but the moment you have an issue, there’s no support, and both you and your winnings are left hanging.Edit: They did email me, however they have not responded since which further shows the lack of support.
