I received a free $20 promo, and was able to play it all the way up to$5000. I put in a redemption on 9 /26. It took a while, and some back and forth from customer service, but my redemption got approved today 10/7, $5000 without ever making a purchase!

Despite submitting legitimate documentation that has been successfully verified through the same verification provider (Sumsub) on multiple other platforms, my submissions continue to be rejected without specific explanation.I have made multiple attempts to contact customer support for clarification on what is required to resolve the verification issue, but have received no substantive responses to my inquiries.Most concerning: the company is retaining my deposited funds while simultaneously refusing to either complete verification or process a refund. This practice of accepting deposits without pre-verification, then rejecting KYC after winnings occur, raises serious concerns about business practices.I would strongly advise others to be aware of this risk before depositing funds on this platform.Update: Their response here is fake, they didn't do anything to help.
I was told my $175 redemption was approved and sent. It never came, after several attempts to reach customer support I got an answer. I was told that my account was invalid that it was sent to and my funds were returned to my RoxyMoxy account. (Neither of those things are accurate). After several more attempts to reach someone, I was able finally told the account number they sent it to and it was off by one digit. Hence it didn't go through, etc. and was refunded so I could resubmit. Long story short, I finally got someone to say it was an error on their part that the account number was wrong and I could resubmit it. However, the funds are not in my players account to do so. This has been three weeks of frustration, very spotty communication and zero winnings in my account.
If I could give less I would. Received email stating a bonus of 20 SC was credited to my account. Logged in, found no bonus. Emailed support who stated: "Earlier today you may have received an email by mistake saying that 20 SweepCoins were added to your account. This message was sent in error, but we will of course honor it.The 20 SC bonus will be credited to your account in the next few hours. Please don’t worry - once the bonus is added, you will also receive a confirmation email."No bonus has been added after 3 days. Further, I have sent 6 follow up emails that have gone unacknowledged. Complete Radio Silence. But, no. My time, My effort, My having to ensure that you follow through with the obligation you put on yourself... No that isn't worth anything is it? All reviews and ratings stand as you made no effort to do anything other than the absolute minimum, despite having wasted my time. Nor have you ever even offered any sort of explanation or excuse... So it is simply left for the people reading this review to surmise that these are your typical business practices.
Not sure about this place. I won enough to cash out, went to verify, had issues separate from that, but was emailed saying I was fully verified. But still cannot redeem. Had a live chat button that really was only a bot, and that button has disappeared. Idk what's going on havent heard back but will update when something changes. UPDATE- I won over 400 here, never did cash out, waited over a week, and heard nothing back from them at all.
