I loved playing this site. Games were fun...won some and lost some. Support was frustrating bc it was difficult to get a response. I decided to SELF-EXCLUDE indefinitely to take a break...unspecified amount of time. When I decided to go back and play i couldn't. It kept telling me to contact support. For over a week I tried w no response. Nothing. Finally I received an email telling me that I self excluded and therefore my account will remain closed. Its not really self exclusion if they decide. RoxyMoxy response like most organizations hides behind "policy". I misinterpreted a SELF exclusion " determination as unspecified time. They interpret it as forever. I try to e plain. I claimed a $3 sc gift, quickly turned it into a $140. I have only played this casino once, so i wanted to see how the redemption process works. Did a $100 redemption. It took a little over an hour for the entire process. I chose to have the money put on a virtual card. Already spending the money. Very smooth process. Kudos.
AMOE SC credits are supposed to be 1x playthrough to redeem. I played through them all and only about 5% showed as redeemable. I played through MORE and my redeemable amount went DOWN TO ZERO! Their customer service does not respond - not even an automated response. They do credit for AMOE, but clearly there is no way to redeem it. Stay away from this scam casino.I see your response, but as already specified, I have already played through my entire SC balance more than once.

UPDATE- Won my 100 at 9 am on 10/16/2025. Hadn't verified myself. By 6 pm on 10/16/25, it was in my Cash App account. I don't like using my normal checking account for my casinos. So that would be an awesome job guys Everything seems to be amazing. Submitted my redemption in under 4 hours, and it was approved. I received a letter saying it was sent to my account, but please allow for processing. Not there yet, but if I receive it promptly. My best redemption at an online casino.
