I've ordered a valve controller for my Ferrari California T from this outfit and the service I've received was impeccable, great communication from my initial enquiry though the regular updates and after delivery. I'll be ordering from them in the future.
I would not order from this company again and would strongly recommend purchasing directly from the supplier, Maxton Designs. My experience was highly frustrating, with significant delays and poor communication throughout the process.I waited over three months for my order, and when I contacted the company for an update, I was informed that they had ordered the kit from Maxton Designs and were still waiting for delivery. Weeks later, I received another email stating that Maxton Designs had made an error and only sent half of my order. The company claimed they needed to contact Maxton to resolve the issue, but I was sceptical about whether this was genuinely the case or just an excuse for further delays.After another long wait for the remainder of my order to arrive from Maxton, I was finally told that they had received the full kit and would be shipping it to me. However, this added another two weeks to the process. When my order eventually arrived, it was incomplete specifically, the pinstripe tape I had ordered was insufficient.Upon raising this issue, I was informed that they would contact Maxton again to obtain the missing tape. This took an additional three weeks, and when the replacement finally arrived, it was still short of what I had originally ordered. I had to contact them yet again to request the remaining item.Given this experience, I strongly advise anyone looking to purchase a splitter kit to order directly from Maxton Designs. Not only is the process likely to be more efficient, but it also turned out that it would have in fact been cheaper. Avoid this company at all costs.
