Recently completed a remarkable cultural tour in Cappadocia, which was truly excellent. We explored numerous captivating and beautiful locations. The accommodations in Antalya and Nevsehir were very satisfactory. The coach driver was always helpful, courteous, and professional. Our tour guide was the highlight of the experience; she truly shone and is a great asset to the service. I'm eagerly anticipating my upcoming trip to Sri Lanka with the company next year.

This time, we were extremely pleased, especially due to our guide's detailed cultural and historical insights in Antalya and Cappadocia. She was well-organized and very helpful. Our journey was safe every day, thanks to our attentive driver. The only suggestion for improvement would be regarding some of the hotels we stayed at.

This was our third trip to Cappadocia with the company and our thirteenth since 2013. We thoroughly enjoyed our time; our fellow travelers were sociable, creating a pleasant group dynamic. Our guide was exceptional—professional and incredibly helpful. Her extensive knowledge of Turkey enriched our experience more than any other guide we've had. She's made this holiday one of our most enjoyable. We've already booked to return to Turkey in March 2026, as we love the country and appreciate the holidays we've had with the company.

An extremely interesting cultural tour starting in Antalya and proceeding to Cappadocia, with great insights provided by our guide. The coach was excellent, and the driver was fantastic, navigating through challenging conditions. Our guide was experienced and provided clear instructions and information. We had a lovely group and mingled well. While there was a lot of travel, early mornings, and walking, there were many comfort stops. Most hotels were good, with minor issues like a malfunctioning shower. The food was decent, though repetitive for vegetarians. If you seek 4-star English hotels, this area may not be ready, but all accommodations were clean and comfortable, and the guide was always there to assist. I thoroughly enjoyed the holiday and would definitely book with this company again.
My husband and I took an 8-day tour in Cyprus in November 2025 with the company. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by multiple distressing incidents involving a local guide whose behavior was inappropriate and unprofessional, witnessed by several other guests. This should never occur on a tour. It was upsetting and impacted many guests' experiences. Additionally, there was an excessive focus on shopping stops throughout the itinerary, which extended into local villages and markets, often delaying lunch. Although I appreciate how the company managed our complaint upon our return—apologizing, confirming the guide's conduct fell below their standards, and offering compensation—the initial issues with the guide and the shopping emphasis significantly affected the trip's quality. Thus, I am leaving a 3-star review, acknowledging the responsible complaint handling while noting the negative aspects of our holiday.
