Bought a used control board for a Samsung fridge on eBay. It arrived in a plastic bag wrapped in paper and one corner was broken. Customer was desperate to get their fridge fixed. I stumbled across ShopJimmy looking for another board and after some initial confusion caused by Google's sponsored results for a different board I was able to get the board delivered 18 hours later from 2,000 miles away. Total price was about $85, $49 for the board plus tax, and $32 for next day air. It fixed the fridge and I got paid. No complaints here. ShopJimmy is my go-to until they prove otherwise.

Had a unit delivered broken and obviously used. When requesting a swap for a good part I was treated to some of the worst customer service ive ever had. You may get what you want but the company is terrible to do business with. Id be careful spending alot of money on this site.
I was shopping for parts for my business and I saw them come up and their prices were quite good I was under the impression that they remanufactured parts but I literally had nothing but problems from them seeing how all they do is resell untested crap for money. I literally got a message from one of them that said we don't test the parts we sell. What a huge disappointment. They do offer return shipping and a refund but it's just a great big hassle and not worth doing business with them because you don't know what you're going to get.
This company is selling USED PARTS NOT NEW, I paid full retail price and overnight shipping the part came in used damaged and three days late, there is zero ability to contact this FAKE COMPANY as the email address is not valid, the phone number on the shipping package just disconnect, DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS FAKE RIP OFF COMPANY
