First order!! Amazing ordered 6 different items pies and bombs and was well impressed , absolute gawjussss, and the packaging was lovely and so well packed , prices are good to will be ordering again and again thanks dough girl x
SIMPLY AMAZING. Great presentation, a perfect family gift or for a friend with a sweet tooth. Lovely packaging, individually wrapped. Very well prepared. Does not disappoint. Will definitely be gifting more of these.
Nice product but very delayed shipping. The ‘express’ service took four days to even be dispatched and no updates or explanations why! Not great for a birthday delivery!
Took 4 days to ship (not the 24-48 hours promised on their website) which meant it completely missed the birthday celebrations. No idea how it tastes, no body does. Everyone had left by then. Waste of my money
Came faster than expected. Really well packed in the pretty box. Slices are so big and delicious. Neither of us were keen on the snickers one it was too nutty for us. Weird cause we like snickers yet all others were lovely. Mine one slice did me 3 sittings. My granddaughter could eat them in one. We tasted each others to see which we want again. Really good company. Thank you
Absolutely delicious cookie dough! The pies are quite rich, but that's no problem—you can simply enjoy half at a time instead of the whole pie! The cookies are perfectly sized for a single serving. They also freeze well, which is great since buying in bulk offers the best value. I’ve placed another order after finishing my last gingerbread cookie from the previous batch. It may take some time to arrive, but that's understandable given that they are freshly made and then shipped. The gingerbread cookie was fantastic! The Biscoff was equally delightful.
I collaborated with friends to purchase a cookie cake for another friend's special birthday. The platform indicated a delivery timeframe of 1-3 business days, so I opted for the maximum of 3 days to avoid having a late cake. Unfortunately, it took 5 working days to arrive, resulting in a very pricey cake that was 2 days late! I reached out to the support team, explaining that we had to buy another cake in the meantime and requested a refund due to the delay. However, I was informed that the 1-3 days is just a guideline and not a guarantee for delivery. While this may be mentioned in their terms and conditions, it is incredibly frustrating to have spent £20 on a birthday cake that we had to purchase twice, and to feel that customer service was indifferent.
I clubbed together with my friends to buy another friend a cookie cake for her special birthday. The website said it was 1-3 business days delivery, so not wanting to have an 'off' cake for her special day I allowed 3 days delivery. But sadly it took 5 working days to arrive and and we ended up having a very expensive late cake 2 days late! I got in touch with dough girl, explaining that we had bought another cake in the meantime and could we have some money back because of the delay, but was told that they only give 1-3 days as a guidance and don't actually give any guarantees when an order will actually arrive. Although this might be in their small print of their terms and conditions, it is obviously incredibly disappointing to have spent £20 on a birthday cake that we had to double buy and then to have customer services seemingly disinterested.
