Great alternative for full fibre when Openreach won’t cover your area.

Without Runfibre our area would have been left with deadly slow copper based broadband as Openreach had missed us out of their local upgrade programme. Fast installation & friendly staff at a fair price.

Finally fibre to house in the sticks

Having had 3mb on copper connection for over 10 years , and waiting for BT to roll out fibre to house for most of this time , it was almost unbelievable that run fibre were rolling out a connection .Trouble free installation and great connection . I choose 150mb which allows me to work at home for the first time . Reasonable price similar to previous pathetic connection Strongly recommend

Top Class Company

Been with Run Fibre 18 months. Everything so easy from initial contact to installation. Customer service and response time is amazing. Had a couple of issues (some my fault) and they take action so quickly. I can’t find anything negative to say about them. Speak to proper people via phone or email. None of this no reply at emails or fobbing you off. Very responsive company.

48 hours downtime

48 hours downtime, no communication from the company, empty head office and all phones go unanswered. Website worse than useless as it contains no network information. More downtime in the last year than with BT for 5 years. Service was good but it has recently been taken over and seems to have deteriorated. The new owner, Daniel Herbert, the CEO of Fiberay, says this is not acceptable but experience seems to say the opposite.

Poor customer service

The installers were really helpful. But I had to keep chasing Runfibre to get the line installed. We don’t get quite the speed we’re paying for, but near enough. But customer service is awful. Our internet connection has died a couple of times today. Technical support involves leaving a voicemail message and hoping for the best.

Efficient and Professional Service.

Efficient and Professional Service.The Runfibre team have been excellent throughout. The installation was efficient and the team took the time to explain various options for (unobtrusive) cable routing. Customer Service is prompt and efficient. The initial installation was complimented by WiFi extender/booster. Great speeds compared to our previous provider. Thank You

Excellent customer service

Runfibre have really good customer service, never had any issue getting hold of someone who wants to help, never had to hold for more than a few minutes. Everyone we've spoken to from billing & tech support to the guys on the ground putting in the cable has been unfailingly polite & helpful.The tech support was really good too. We had a broken fibre and they've had someone out to fix it within 24hr. When they've had wider network problemsThe service speed is fine, never had less than advertised.

Update. Speeds been much better recently and more reliable. An engineer came out to the house did some tests and offered to replace router. Very friendly, polite and helpful. If it wasn't for a few minor issues would've gave a 5.
