Avoid purchasing here as this is a dropshipping scam! I ordered a chain as a gift on November 5, 2025, but never received the package or any tracking number. It remains marked as 'in preparation' on the app. Contacting them results in only automated replies from a bot. I attempted to reach out multiple times and received only generic responses. There’s no way to cancel or get a refund. I tried to resolve this respectfully, but now I feel compelled to share my experience. I lost my money, but you should be cautious! You’ll receive daily marketing emails, but not your order or any real updates. It’s a scam! Many positive reviews appear fake—check for yourself. I have examples of their automated responses, showcasing their lack of genuine customer service. The disrespect is shocking. Find a trustworthy company for your gifts! Regards.
