Appalling functionality + undisclosed subscription

Appalling functionality with constant need to uninstall and reinstall the app. Would only work with one iPhone despite their spec saying multiple devices. AND only when you’ve bought the item and installed the app, do you discover the need to pay for a subscription in order to save the recordings. A waste of time and money.
