The instructions are insufficient, it took me a long time of messing with camera and phone settings to connect. Bought 2, got one to work so far.Field of view quite narrow. Once connected camera cannot format TF disc and says no disc present. In spite of that I do get events saved to disc, which sometimes I can access other times not.
Company refuse to refund because that box was opened!

Disappointing product with constant upselling

This product is poorly made and frequently pushes a cloud storage subscription, even though it advertises no monthly fees as a key feature. The window sticker was ineffective, and the camera detached within a few hours.

Frustrating experience with customer service

Fortunately, I managed to get a response from the company based in the US, and they asked if I wanted to return the doorbell camera. I told them I wouldn't send back a non-functional electronic item and bear the postage costs, just for them to repackage it for resale to another unsuspecting customer. I also suggested they should consider offering compensation, rather than the 35% provided to another customer. Since I reported this to the trade agency in the US, they should expect a visit from those agencies.

Fortunately, I got a response from the company based in the US, asking if I wanted to return the doorbell camera. I explained that I wasn't willing to send back a non-functional electronic item and incur postage costs, only for them to repackage it for resale to another unsuspecting customer. Subpar product and app

This really echoes the sentiments of other reviews. They falsely claim there's no subscription when there actually is. The constant pop-up notifications on the app push you to watch ads to unlock recordings, which is inconvenient when trying to answer the doorbell. It connects slowly and is not user-friendly. It only lasted 2 months before the battery failed and wouldn’t charge. Extremely poor product; don't waste your money.

Incompatible with my Wi-Fi...

This product did not work with my Wi-Fi, and they refused to accept a return or issue a refund. It's a poor product that only works with select internet systems. DO NOT BUY!!

A fraudulent experience

This feels like a scam! I followed the instructions, charged it, and tried to connect to Wi-Fi and Bluetooth multiple times without success. After sending several emails asking about returning it, I received a reply stating that since the box was opened, there would be no refund! Avoid buying this.
