Great products but charging $21 for shipping does not make sense. Using USPS probably costs $7 but $21 is too much. Trying to profit from shipping makes no sense when you have such a good product. Also, when packages are lost, the experience should be much smoother. If the tracking is showing no movement, they should send replacement, instead of me filling out forms and waiting few weeks for replacement.
I only received one of the pairs of "buy on get one free" gloves. Figures, someone can't count or read an invoice or pack properly. Most likely a lack of sufficient training and no oversight by supervision. Typical. I won't order from them again. This is my second poor interaction with this company
This is my first time wearing a vest. I thought it would be bulky and print significantly, but I am happy and satisfied with this product. Thank you for putting a lot of thought into your vest, peace of mind is what comes to mind when I wear it.
