The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is due to the long shipping time! I strongly suggest giving the customer the choice to pay for an expedited shipping service if wanted! But the gloves I got for me and the wife are awesome, she has problems finding gloves that fit right but these were spot on!!!
Second time I ordered from you guys and the last !!! Both times issues including Shipping, this last time this you wanted me to fill out a Claim Report that even asked me for my DL#, even when you knew it was a USPS Problem and not on me !! You guys must be Smoking Crack ?? BTW, the Gloves I bought from you SUCK and they were made in PAKISTAN 🇵🇰 F you guys !!
Ordered gloves 3 weeks ago. They told me my order failed even though money left my account. They then apologized two days later and said order was sent. Looks like they sent them to the billing address not the shipping and now someone is enjoying my husbands gift. Just a whole bad experience from the start.
