The order process was easy and smooth. At the time of placing the order, I made a mistake with size setup. Contacted the customer service instantly, and it was corrected right away before shipping. After the delivery, one vest was felt like a bit off the size for my friend, they walked through with him everything then concluded it was the right size. His stature and the weight were right at the line of two different sizes. The service is excellent and the product is outstanding.
The product is great quality. The only downfall is by choosing your actual pants size if you find your size more towards the end of the belt you lose a tremendous amount of Velcro so if you mount anything on your belt in that area it will sag. I reached out to exchange the size because a 30 day size guarantee comes with the purchase of the belt and I was instructed to send the belt back ups, wait for the company to receive then they have to inspect and then ship out the new size belt which is going to put me out weeks of not having the duty belt that I paid for because it wasn’t mentioned that you lose velcro surface by extending the belt. I just think its a poor way to do and exchange especially by having a size guarantee in place.
