Gloves arrived early and my initial impressions were very positive, after some usage doing various tasks including shooting several different firearms and applying TQ’s as well as packing magazines, the material used for the palms holds up but is too soft and has too little texture for my use cases. The mesh allows hands to breath but easily fowls which caused a couple metal magazines to get pulled out of an open mag pouch. Firearm retention especially with rubber grips was difficult at best, my Tarus Judge almost flew out of hand several times while shooting 220gr soft point 45LC loads, pistols with aggressive stippling are very comfortable and rarely slip in the event of a large mag dump or realistic training events. The textured fabric on the tip of the middle finger would make more sense for the thumb and index fingers but those are very minor issues.
