I retired 17 years ago after a 28 year career with th Department of Corrections. I recently accepted a position auxiliary police department. Choosing the correct number equipment after being out of the loop that long was a challenge with so many new things on the market. With the help of one of my supervisors I choose Self Life Defense for my tactical ballistic vest and duty belt. Both were received just days after ordering, the fit and quantity were spot on and I could not be more satisfied.
You told me my order was back ordered for backpack protection last week so you said it was coming today 9/21/2025. i got nothing and it seems you cancelled my order again. what is the problem because I would refer a refund if nothing is coming that I have already paid for. Your company gets no favorable review from my company for sure. GW
I ordered a duty belt from your Company.. first expensive duty belt I ever brought, I have been in law enforcement for over 15 years. At first when I opened up the package didn’t think I would like it.. different then anything else I ever got.. 3 weeks in and loving it. Comfortable and more importantly I can run with out worrying about my gear flying everywhere.. wish I would of invested in this belt years ago
