Review Time
For starters, I fully understand the demand for your product. This is the second time I’ve ordered from your company and had a similar experience in my initial purchase. The “2 or 3 weeks” shipping time was expected however it’s been a month since I placed my order and the status still shows processing. When I reached out via your websites “contact us” to inquire about my purchase, I received no response. Shame on you Safe Life. Update to Safe Life response:While I appreciate the response, I did use the “contact us” function on your website but to no avail. In terms of the communicated back order timeline, it would be helpful to communicate that to your customers. At current, the order still reads a 2 - 3 week shipping time (due to high demand).
As a plus size woman I bought a size bigger than I thought I needed to make sure I would be covered and had to swap for a smaller size. They were nice about it, sent me links to watch to make sure I was adjusting right and sent an email making sure I was happy with the newer size. I wasn’t body shamed, made to feel bad and was given information on other products that I might purchase in the future to help with my sizing process. Enjoyed working with them!
