After wearing my body armor for one shift I found that it was too long in the back, I called customer service and the lady I talked to was extremely helpful and polite and by discussing my measurements we were able to figure out what size I needed. She sent me a return label to send the old one back and upon the return of it I should receive the new one soon. Very happy with the customer service and the quality of the merchandise.
