I spoke with a customer service rep. by the name of Mike F. I was immediately greeted with professionalism and an eagerness to assist me with my concerns and questions. I needed some clarity on my recent purchase online and Mike was able to reassure me about the special features and the choice I had made while shopping online. My overall experience was very pleasant and the process of selecting, buying and speaking with the support line was above board. When ordering the combo level 3 plus best best with tactical plate carrier. You guys need to do a little better with the packaging. The replacement size that was sent was lost in the mail because it fell out of the box at the UPS depot. First one that showed up before the replacement. The box was falling apart. And the one that finally arrived after being overnight air was practically falling open as well.
Got my order quick. Had a few doubts regarding their sizing based off of weight and height but I’m glad I went with their system instead of my usual size. I’m 5’11 at 265 and it suggested a 6xl size which was a perfect fit. First time ordering safe line and absolutely love it.
Comfort and service. The staff did a great job of heling fit me with the right size. After wearing it for 10 hours, it breathed better and was much more comfortable than my old vest. So far, I have not had a reason to test its stopping power, and I hope I never do!
