Great customer service, response time was within 24 hours. Emailed cause I had a concern with my order since the USPS wasn't updating their scans. They updated on the progress of the shipment. Quality products, already had the high visibility vest from my employer but wanted to switch it up a little bit. They had a great sale going on. Will definitely continue to do business with them.
Belt is very sturdy to the point where getting some of the gear on is a bit tough. But once it is on your gear will not move. I carry a sidearm, 2 magazines, taser, flashlight, 2 pair of handcuffs and a tourniquet daily and it i have had no issues. Would recommend to anyone who works in LE who carries a lot of equipment.
Never recieved it. Contacted Customer service amd recieved a generic response. Contacted a second time and was advised I needed to sign some form for a lost item. This should not ne problem. Shipment tracking shows it still in transit which means I never recieved it or it hasn't been delivered. Customer Service has been beyond poor in helping with this issue.
Received belt in worn out box with no paperwork. Upon sliding on attachments, the male end of cobra buckle would not go back on due to logo stitching. Removed the stitching, still no go. They did say they would replace if I sent back. However I didn’t want the same issue so I ended up using a bigger cobra buckle I had from another belt. Belt works as advertised, but beware super stiff and hard to adjust and add attachments. It’s quite expensive compared (double the price), to my last belt that I wore for years. Hope this holds up for the money I spent.
I am very impressed with the discreet carrier I received a few weeks ago, however I am unable to rate my experience with my last order. Reason: Shipping products with USPS results in poor tracking, extremely lengthy delivery times, and this combined with the customer's payment already processed is poor customer retention protocol. I ordered the soft panels on 7 March, and my product just finally left Las Vegas on 12 March. Today is 18 March, and all I can determine is that the product is "in transit to next facility" and marked "delayed." I fully understand that the USPS is out of your control, but I strongly suggest using another carrier if you want to retain customers who will only tolerate this delayed delivery so long before leaving your company.
