I placed my order for a vest carrier based off their sizing chart (L), but when I received the carrier my panels would not fit. I reached out to the company, and they did promptly respond and instructed me to trace and label my panels and send them with the carrier. Once the warehouse received them they’ll call me and go over sizing options. The warehouse never called me and sent me a 7XL size. This was entirely too large! Slow process of getting and returning the merchandise. The customer service was more concerned about the item being in original condition than it was to exchange or refund.
So at first I called to ask a few questions they called back right away answered all my questions. I ordered it and a couple days later a $50 discount came in my email I called them back and she gave me that $50 after the fact. product is phenomenal fits great the side armor is great addition.
