Just had Sebastian and Artur help us move today. Really great work- we were moving out of a flat that was up two flights of narrow stairs and they were careful and quick getting out a large number of items. I don’t think they’ve caused a single scratch on anything which I am very impressed by given the tight spaces. I also noted how well they packed everything into their van with a good amount of padding and binding, and Sebastian was very methodical. Really top work.
Absolutely Great service under such short notice on a Weekend, moved to third floor with no lift and they have not scratched a thing. Most importantly trust worthy and super friendly! Thanks again to the amazing crew Sebastian, Dimein & Arthur ! Would Recommend 10/10
This is the first time I’ve had a great experience moving.In the past, I’ve had movers that break my items and claim they were already like that, say they can’t take anymore items or arrive late and inexperienced.BUT, this team were fantastic! They arrived on time and finished on time.They treated my items with care, they were also friendly and efficient.This will be the ONLY company I use, forever.Thank you so much guys and thank you Sebastian for being straightforward about the costs, what they entail, and being kind through this stressful period.Best team ever! Seb holds his team to high standards and because of this I have hired him twice (for myself and a close friend who I help). If and when I move again, he will 100% be who I call. They are always friendly and helpful, even when you are a stressed out mess still frantically and deleriously packing the last boxes and suffering with physical and mental exhaustion when they arrive! Honestly - I must have looked like a mad woman and the first thing he said to me was that he was here now so I don't need to worry anymore. That was 2.5 yrs ago and I still remember how much it put me at ease to have someone who understood moving is stressful and you may need slightlymore thanjust physical support that day. The guys are all very hardworking, and I had moved on the hottest day of the year, but they never stopped! If your job goes longer - as mine ended up being a whole day due to the sheer volume of stuff - he will make arrangements and not leave you. Of course, this means that they may run slightly behind before coming to you or arrive at the end of the time window given because they will have been helping someone else whose job went long, or been reassigned fr. I om another job to cover. I think on moving day you cannot plan precise times if you expect help when your job goes over and if you have not booked the full day.I cannot recommend Seb and his teams highly enough - they are up for any challenge thrown their way on moving day! You can count on them to go above and beyond when duty calls.

He really made us feel calm and confident about our move. He even gave us advice on how to pack! On moving day it was a dream with everything handled with such care and precision. Perfect service! I needed my studio vacating and with the covid-19 restrictions I couldn’t be there myself. Safe Vans took care of everything, no hassle at all, quickly and efficiently. I had my stuff removed and brought to my house within two days of booking. Highly recommended.
