Lack of response from the seller

I ordered loafers and have emailed them twice, plus left a phone message, but have yet to hear back. I am very disappointed with the loafers; they have a strong chemical smell, are too small, and the quality is lacking. I would like at least some acknowledgment of my refund request.

NO STAR review If they had a negative 20 star rating……

If they had a negative 20 star rating… that’s would what I would give.The business address leads to an apartment in Texas. This company is out of China…. Do NOT buy from this company…Still waiting on order I place beginning of November. I have emailed several times and left messages on so called voicemail….. I’m sure they will respond as they do with other reviews… email support @Drakoblah blah blah….I will continue to write bad reviews until rectified….

Disappointed With My Order

Disappointed With My OrderI ordered a pair of loafers from Saint Drako. They took approximately 3.5 weeks to arrive and they were definitely the wrong size. I ordered size 8.5 from their website and I can not get my foot into the shoe, even with the help of a shoehorn.I have written 2 emails to the company and have not heard anything from them. My next step will be to ask the credit card company to do a charge back to Saint Drako. Think twice about buying from Saint Drako!

Bought the joggers mainly for travel…

Bought the joggers mainly for travel and I’ve basically ended up wearing them at home every evening. The corduroy texture is soft and doesn’t feel heavy. They taper nicely at the ankles without being too tight. I might grab another colour because I’m wearing these way too often.
