The website looks good and offers free returns but this guy deducted £10!! from my refund I guess for his pocket because he tried telling me Royal mail had charged him £10 for the free return ?? I don't believe him and asked to show RMs charge, of course never produced! I don't believe £10 for a second would you? its £3.85 48 hrs tracked which is on the label!! He is full of waffle about his small print T&Cs. I also see he likes to reply to his bad * reviews and tries to justify the non refunds etc AVOID AVIOD!! pity you have to leave a star this guy is zero

Have called Salt Flats 3 times in 2 days for a refund on an item I returned to them on the 26th FEB!! Almost £300 and still no refund, no acknowledgement not even a call back after being promised one three times! Be careful ordering from this company!!
Thorough and personal service every time I visit this shop in Wokingham. Between my wife and I we have worked our through dozens of jackets and trousers and Stefan has patiently help get exactly the style and fit for us. Some interesting niche brands and some good bargains as well.
Scammers. Paid £760 for a jacket and it never turned up. The tracking info shows that isn’t still not been dispatched and they’re trying to tell me it’s arrived at my address. When I said to prove it they haven’t responded and won’t refund me. I’ve raised a dispute with my card provider. Poor communication, no service what so ever and NO GOODS! They take your money and ignore you. It’s been 10 days since I requested to cancel my order and still nothing back from them.
I ordered a helmet and additional visor which was dispatched and delivered quickly so full marks in that respect, sadly the helmet has quite a defect so needs to be exchanged. So now we get to the problem, getting anyone to process a return and exchange for the faulty item is worse then getting blood from a stone, you phone them, they make false promises to get back to you which never happens and you, the paying customer are stuck in a loop false promises, so my advice is to shop elsewhere, they'll take your money quick enough but seem incapable of providing any form customer service in return.
