I was given Jaase Lizzie minidress mimosa print as a present. Nice colour, but the dress sits under the breasts and gives a pot belly awful look and doesn't look good. It doesn't sit well and is uncomfortable with one wanting to continue pulling the elasticated waist down. Because of the way it shows the belly it doesn't sit well at the bottom with like a fold. I am a size 12 and because I had not got the tag, the person who bought this for me told me that the company will not replace, exchange, or refund the money. The dress is also overpriced. I was given the dress as a present and I returned it to that person to follow up. That person reported they couldn't return it. Even later about a week when I found the tag and gave it back to my friend - she said that they had responded and because the dress doesn't fit well is not a reason for a refund or credit. That goes against consumer law.

I've purchased a few different items lately and measurements are true to size , I always size up just to give room for rayon etc , the models in big girl sizing helps alot too with getting the right size as it's not easy with all shapes and heights. The team are easy to chat with aswell if there is a return that needs to happen . Highly recommend.

Frustrating Return Process

I attempted to return an item and encountered the same issues as others with the label, so I followed the address provided in their email for returns. My parcel has now been sent back because I didn't use their return label. I was instructed to initiate a new return, but I can't since it indicates that it has already been returned. This process is absurd. I used the right address and included all necessary details from the start. I won't be using this service again.

Dress tore within minutes of wearing it

I purchased four dresses and found the sizes to be inconsistent. Unfortunately, one dress ripped at the pocket as I reached for it, and I had only worn it for five minutes. Very disappointing.

Challenges with the return process

I tried to return an item that didn’t fit. After scanning the QR code for the return label and entering the required information, the label showed up briefly before disappearing. When I attempted to retrieve it again through the platform, it was impossible. It kept stating the item had been returned and wouldn’t display the return label again. In the end, I had to return the item at my own expense.

WARNING: Misleading practices and poor service

WARNING: This company is very misleading and has extremely poor customer service. They provide unclear answers when contacted about complaints regarding redeeming points. It seems that inexperienced staff handle customer service, showing little care for customers. They send ambiguous replies to concerns. Many of my friends frequently shop online, but we will not return after a friend's recent awful experience.

Poorly constructed top

The top I received was very poorly made. The medium size didn’t fit a size 12. The collar reveals unsightly stitching when turned back. A complete waste of my money.

Avoid this website

Save your money and avoid this website. I waited weeks for my order, and when it finally arrived, half of it was missing. When I inquired about it, I received a generic response.

There are better options available

This store is not among the better fast fashion companies. Delivery took just under two weeks, which isn't terrible. I bought a dress in size S (labeled as 8/10) that fit well, but a top costing nearly $70 looked cheap and poorly made. The return policy is restrictive, only offering credit notes for full-priced items, so I would advise against shopping here when there are better alternatives.
