Review Time
This is a scam website. Im confident the positive reviews were made by bots. I bought something for £90 thinking it was legit and high quality, then looked at the trustpilot reviews for the company and it's a scam company. 1.5hrs after placing my order, I requested to cancel. They didn't respond for 2 days, then said they're unable to cancel because it's an automated system. I got an automated email saying processing times were taking longer than usual, but then got an email from customer support saying they now couldn't cancel because my item was already in transit - 2 days before I got my processing + shipping confirmation (in other words, a bold lie!)
Then that same day they confirmed my item was shipped (after I'd been HASSLING them to cancel it for 5 days), I got a lovely email from customer support saying that the cancellation policy is within 24 hours so it's too late to cancel :) I sent a follow up email showing time stamped evidence that I requested to cancel within 1.5hrs of placing my order. Looking forward to seeing what their next lie is! They insist they'll help me get a full refund when it arrives, but clearly other people have had problems getting refunds; seems like the promise of a refund is part of the scam, it won't happen.
Just avoid the hassle of trying to get your money back. Don't buy from here.

Terrible customer journey.I ordered 5x t-shirts, which took close to two weeks to arrive. The sizing wasn’t as described on their website, so I asked for an exchange, which was declined. The only option given was to send them back for a return. I followed every instruction exactly, sending my package back in August 2025. This package was unable to be delivered, and took until December 2025 to see this through Royal Mail tracking.Attempting to talk to Santo’s customer service team is impossible. I don’t believe they are real people - every response seems to be a stock response through some kind of AI bot. I’ve gone round in circles with this, to no avail.To avoid any complications, do not order from Santo.
If I could, I would've given it a zero. Ordered a size 42 Trainer, when I received the order confirmation it stated size 36 so emailed straight away, no response, so cancelled in line with their policy not once, but 3 times. They proceeded to still send the item 4 days later and now want me to pay to return it to China.Avoid at all costs, you can also find the items they sell on Joom at half the cost
