I feel totally ripped of. The product is sub standard and when I paid for it freight was added and the amount converted from us$ to nz$ with no indication the advertised price was not in nz$ I do not recommend this company .Stay clear do not buy from them.
Extremely Disappointed with the lack of communication about the device. After 3 weeks of not getting Posted notification i contacted the company asking where is the item i bought. I got a reply that we are out of stock, 3 weeks of no stock ?????. I waited for another week and asked again with no reply, 3 days later i asked for my money back, No reply, 3 days later i asked for my money back again. I contacted Paypal and asked them to contact the company, no reply for several days then they inform me by email your parcel is on its way. Not happy as i asked for my money back as i had lost all confidence on the item being what they advertised. Today i receive an email that my parcel has been delivered. It was. I was disappointed in being ignored. Then i receive an email from paypal that my money will be returned. it has not happened as of yet, their time line is in 2 days, will be interested on if they do. about the item, it is nothing to write home about because it is a 10x monocular, Rubber coated, Nothing like the device you need to own in their advertisement. It was never worth $4000. It is only a monocular. My $200 Spotting Scope has more power. If i do receive a refund then i will appreciate that and take it gladly for the stress and frustration caused by the Lack of COMMUNICATION. JH
