Review Time
I placed an order for what was advertised as a Military Grade Monocular. The order confimation came in almost immediately and I noticed something had been added that I did not order, so I immediately sent them a notice to cancel the order. Less than 5 minutes had passed. The next day I sent a followup email and tried to call their help line, but had to leave a voice mail. On day 3 I got an email stating their fulfillment departent was very quick and had already filled the order. Hey, I was quicker, 5 minutes. It is obvious they ignored my request in order to sell me the item. Well it arrived. It is far from Military Grade. It's more like a child's toy. If I could give them a Zero Star rating I would. I feel they are dishonest, incompetent, and more of a scam than a vendor. I recommend you keep your money safe in your pocket and don't deal with these people.
Don't buy from this company. No communication from the seller. 2 Email address's listed for customer support were bounced back as no good. I finally received information that my order shipped after asking for a refund thru PayPal 6 weeks after the order was placed. I placed the order July 24th and received it today Sept 10th. If this product doesn't work as advertised I will be getting a refund through PayPal.
