JEEZ! i wished i would have checked here before placing an order with savvysmartdeals (and now in retrospect what a dumbass i was!) seems 9 out of 10 reviews are negative - although my package has not shipped yet, i've already sent numerous emails to them WITH my order number saying it will ALL be returned in original packaging. thank god i use bank of america cuz all of my purchases are guaranteed thru them, i never have issues with paying for something i dont want. ALSO - not appreciated the way the website cons you to "click to add" bonus gifts without mentioning the outrageous shipping fee ($27!!) it was black friday, i got scammed....
Avoid at all cost - shifty, unscrupulous organisation. Customer service is non-existent. They list products they don't have in stock. Charge your card, only deliver what they have, ignore your requests for refunds. They should not be allowed to operate!
Ordered 25 Oct, didn't ship till 13 Nov. I had ordered two products, got two tracking numbers but only one of them worked the other showed not collected so I had no idea what was going on until the product arrived 20 Nov. Product itself looks fine, and just as described.
if you didnt bombard me with additional items, we could have had a sale! Going back to charge more items culminated in a fraud lock down, leaving me with no card as i await a new one in 2 weeks! what started out as 39.00 came to an excess off 90.00 so capital one shut it down. THX FELLA'S LOU
