Just purchased the 3 card deal and I was charged additional fees that I had declined.Received a notification about this being a recurring charge.No indication or mention of this being a recurring monthly charge. WHAT A SCAM!

I purchased 6 cards for $ 92.93 & upon purchasing these there was not mention of a subscription. But a month after receiving them I was charged a subscription fee that I did not agree to. Called and young lady asked if I had scanned the code on the card that states that. So they scam you to purchase the card then explain after that you are being charged a subscription. If that’s not scamming, explain to me what it is after they have you buy it. These people should be locked up!

Hidden monthly charges

It was not clear that this was a service to be charged monthly. Also, without my knowledge , the company signed me up for additional service of dog tags, which I did not order. This came with an additional charge, which took great persistence to stop recurring charges. Sneaky practices.

I waited for what felt like an eternity for the ring only to find out that a smart phone is needed to get any information from it. This should have been a part of the information describing the product.
