I ordered wrong product but told your agent I did wanted to cancel if free shipping was not included

This is a request for a credit for a shipping charge on my order. I searched your website for a Telescoping handled hedge trimmer. But the search produced a telescoping chain saw. The pictures looked like what I intended to order and I proceeded with the order. When I got to the payment portion, there was a shipping charge, I call to ask why I was not provided with free shipping. I told your representative "I did not what the order if it included a shipping charge and wanted to cancel the order if shipping were included" The next day I received the saw and called to question why the saw not the hedge trimmer. He explained my mistake ordering the wrong product but not the overnight shipping charge. I returned the saw paying for USPS ground postage. My credit card bill just arrived with the overnight shipping included,

No Response from Support!!

I was placing an order for 1 StarScope Monocular G3 when the website asked if I wanted to add a Phone Mount bracket which I chose to do. What I didn't realize is that by selecting that option the website then went back to the default setting of 3 StarScopes (most popular choice). After I paid and received the order confirmation I realized the error and immediately sent an email to support asking if there was any option to change the order. I never received a response to my email and my order is now in transit so I will be stuck with 2 additional StarScopes. The product may be fantastic (I'll find out when it arrives) but the lack of response and communication is very disappointing.

I Am Aggravated and Irritated

I am sitting here annoyed and just about ready to call the company again to find out where my purchase is. I have not yet received the merchandise that I originally ordered on July 5, 2025. I called about it on August 12, 2025, and I was told a replacement would be sent in 7 to 10 days, and it is now September 3rd, and I still don't have the merchandise.
