The Product took 3 weeks to be delivered. Possibly shipped from China. As i did not like the quality i asked for a refund. So i had to send the Product to the US... Why? And i have to pay the Pack myself and won´t get it back.

You did not state currency the sale was…

You did not state currency the sale was in and I assumed you were selling in NZ $ as any honest person would. You then charged an absorbitant amount for freight. You are a scam artist and I have spoken to my bank who were aware of your scams . I have warned all my friends of your deception.
