Review Time
Really happy with the car it was a great price and low mileage. We found the whole experience really smooth with no pushy sales pitches and was given space a time to look around and choose the right car for us. We dealt with Brett, one of the managers who was very helpful and pleasant and helped make the experience an enjoyable one. I am missing something from the car and have called to discuss it. It appears other people have had similar experinces but I have been called back already and am told they will help sort it so I'm hopeful it will....watch this space
Zubair was brilliant, and he gets 5 stars for communication, doing his bit for the customer and ensuring all went smooth.Finance team get 3, good to start but then if you want to use your own finance people that’s when it goes to pot.Communication poor, more admin fees than I don’t know what, charged £999 for admin to use own people is shocking and not mentioned on line anywhere which it should be. Was told the deal they found me was best they could do and once I had better miraculously they could look at it and ensure I was getting the best deal. I saved £100 pm and about 3k in ballon payments.Wouldn’t use there financial people again and would be put off using Saxtons if not for Zubair.
I must confess that I'm a little shocked by the negative reviews on this site as my experiences with this organisation have been nothing but positive so far!!Special mention to Sunny and Jenna who dealt with my transaction very professionally at the weekend, Sunny dealt with the collection of my old car without any quibbles etc together with Jenna being very thorough and professional with the paperwork completion.I'm still undecided regarding the extended Warranty and am planning to make a final decision in this area shortly but at no time did she make me feel pressurised and explained the time allowed to make an informed decision post purchase in a very clear and concise manner.Car is lovely and touch wood all appears to be fine also which is the main positive !!
