Probably the best car purchase experience ever! Mo and Jenna were excellent on the day I walked into the showroom at Saxtons to purchase a car. They took their time to explain everything to me, and at no time did I feel I was 'being sold to', unlike other car dealers who tend to badger people. The whole process from start to finish was excellent. I arrived in the morning around 10.30am and by around midday, I drove off in a Range Rover Velar. I could not fault the excellent service and would highly recommend this company for their professionalism and straightforward approach. Well done!
I recently visited Saxtons I wasn’t sure if I was even in the market for a new car however I went anyway to see what was available as I’m more of an in person than an online person you get a real feel for what you’re looking at, I arrived around lunch time and was greeted by a young man named Michael who is a sales man and he was absolutely Brilliant!!! and made me a very nice coffee and we got to talking about what I was after and what I need and even though it was busy he never made me feel rushed and talked me through all the processes of finance options and trade ins and any other questions I had which is good because I’m old and have no clue anymore, he showed me a good few options within my budget he asked me tailored questions to help me find my new car! Overall a very delightful experience I’d recommend it to anyone!
Great service at Saxtons this week. From my initial arrival at reception, to our first interaction with the sales team, to the final handover & completion of all documents. Visited the showroom over the weekend to view a Range Rover sport ,I was greeted by Sunny who was a very polite, helpful and friendly person, his customer care was exceptional I’ve earmarked a specific model colour and mileage for which Sunny has mentioned he will source for me
