I have been waiting for 5 weeks for my delivery. Delivery originally 8-15 days. 2 weeks in they said it was "still in production". That was 3 weeks ago. NOT HAPPY as this was a Xmas gift. Update: my bracelet finally arrived today. It is very pretty. After the initial delay of 2 weeks with Sayabling it seems that Australia Post have had the parcel since 31st December. On contact they said the label had issues and tracked it down. The label is fine so probably the usual Australia Post incompetence. The bracelet is lovely and I will wear it out for a lunch date tomorrow.
I ordered a braclet 11/27/24 and received it 1/11/25. I was excited but upon opening it the length looked like a baby braclet and of course I have to send it to China for a return. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of Sayabling. valigali
Do not order from this company unless you plan on not returning. You should consider what you buy from them final sale. They make you pay for the return sent back to China and chinese customs holds it indefinitely pushing you past the return window.
Hi- I ordered a ring (order # 100104404) and although quite pretty, it is just too big a look on my hand. I requested to return it and for a refund. I was also asked to send pictures, which I did. I have not heard anything back and am requesting the information I need to return it.
