Dear all Don't open any account in State bank of India they can't give any proper service,, im from Gulbarga District Sedam taluka near malkhed its a small village Sangavi (M) i working in raichur, account opened in raichur SBI Rims branch salary purpose account opened but they can't any proper service
I had deposited my cheque on 13th Oct. 2025 and even till today it is not cleared . 16th onward is diwali . Bank officials are uncertain about clearing due to new system introduced by RBI. i cannot even ask payee to transfer money through gpay as it is debited from his account. My account number is 30535814113 which is not yet credited. RBI could not have taken risk of introducing new cheque clearing system at the time of diwali. Spoiled whole diwali.
Totally disgusting service.Don't take a chance.Go with other banking network.From top to bottom all just taking salary because it's a part of indian government system, have permanent Job do or don't but salary will be credited in SBI employees account.Employees like hell even don't know how to talk.
Govt should close public sector banks like SBI which is a huge liability on country. The so called Sarkari banks have no sense, no functioning, no customer support, crippled IT systems with incorrect data. Customer gets only frustration at the end while these banks gets funding from govt for loosing taxpayers money in frauds.
State Bank of India Dona Paula Branch Goa 03566My late husband’s SBI account at Dona Paula Branch was transferred to my name 3 years ago. Despite repeatedly submitting updated KYC documents, the registered email still shows my late husband’s ID.Recently, I urgently needed a Demand Draft issued to pay my insurance company before the deadline. My debit card had expired, I had no cheque book, and I don’t have internet banking. I submitted all required self-attested documents and requested Branch Manager Monika Srivastava to debit my account and issue a D.D. Instead of helping, she gave excuses, insisted I must appear physically at the branch (I live overseas), and even hung up on me during a call. She kept misleading me by sending transfer forms despite being told my insurance company only accepts a D.D.Because of her negligence, lack of empathy, and refusal to act, I now risk losing my insurance cover and facing penalties. Other banks, like Canara Bank, have helped in similar situations with no issue. Managers like Ms.Monika Srivastava are a disgrace to SBI, and I urge SBI to take strict action and provide proper support to its customers in genuine need.
