BAD SBI SERVICES

I haven't see this kind of bad services, really they don't have care about the customers.No body able to give any solution for any issue, if anybody will contact with support they will say you have to visit in bank and if you will visit in bank they will say you have to contact with support nothing else, very bad services only harassments are there nothing else. I will never recommended to anybody this bank other banks giving best services than SBI.

Bad Service and bad experience

India or all world me agar sabse ghatiya Bank konsa hai to o hai SBI Bank or yaha ke service or bank staaf to use bhi Ghatiya service dete hai Garibo ko or kisaano ko lutati hai ye Bank Jo bhi ye review padh rahe ho so please SBI Bank me apka Account hai to aap expirence Sher karna waha ke Staaf public ko bohot torture karte hai or Rich logo ko first priority dete hai I practically experience and aam Aadmi ki Account open ya net banking, Account transfer and other services Active karne ke liye apko 1-2 month wait karwate hai very slow and lezy staff

Online banking with Sbi is nightmare

Online banking with Sbi is nightmare, Country list doesn’t show up uk and every two months password change big hassle, doesn’t do it quick, complaint lodging process very very limited, bank is too big for sort out these issues, , these problems persisted very long , hope someone looke into it , I have taught to leave the bank to different bank

Most pathetic bank in India just avoid

SBI bankers have job security and hence their services are pure pathetic. Just avoid SBI at any cost and save yourself some trouble and harassments

Worst bank on the planet!

Worst bank on the planet!I would give 0 stars if it was possible!I had a domestic account, which later tried to convert to an NRI account. Filled and handed in all the forms and left India (was on vacation in India so was able to visit the branch in person), and 1 year later literally nothing happened. After a year, visited again and explained everything again, they gave me another set of forms to close domestic account and open NRI account. I was in the bank the entire day and had to leave the city same night, as my family relocated out of that city by that point. I also had applied for a transfer of my branch to another city in India. Again nothing was done! Then the pandemic happened and could not visit for 3 years. Finally in 2023 managed to go and by then was fed up with bank and their arrogant manager. Told them I wanted to close the now dormant domestic account and not interested in NRI account anymore. The entire paperwork tool almost 3 hours (lady at counter was nice to us). Branch was filled with long line of old people, waiting endlessly due to non-cooperative and unprofessional staff. We got called into the manager's cabin (we wondered why), and he yelled at us cause he thought we were some other customer who did not pay their EMI (!) and then another lady came running in to explain we were not the loan defaulting customer. The manager proceeded to yell at her for sending the wrong customer in. We came out of his cabin and back to the lady at the counter. She apologized for the mess and completed our paperwork. Finally, she asked us why not open an NRI bank account with them LOL. At this point we just wanted to run away from there. I am never stepping inside any SBI ever again. In this entire period of being their customer, their debit card never worked, the net banking was miserable and their staff just a bunch of untrained jokers, including the manager. Hope the bank gets privatized or somehow forced to compete with private banks so that they start working at some point instead of idling their time away. Thanks to only 1 lady (at the counter) who understood my plight and helped me close the account.
