I am extremely disappointed with the behaviour of the staff at sbi branch. The employees are consistently rude, unhelpful, and show no willingness to assist customers. The staff management is very poor, and it feels like no one takes responsibility for their work.Most of the time, they are unavailable, and even during working hours they keep extending their lunch breaks, leaving customers waiting unnecessarily. It is shocking how they receive their salaries despite not doing even the basic duties expected from them.This kind of unprofessional attitude and careless behaviour is unacceptable, especially in a government bank where customers rely on proper service.
Worst experience and very bad staffs are in sbi branch thodupuzha, who work according to their wish. Also when we approach the bank for some reason statements or some query related to our FDs their attitudes are like as if we borrowed their money and we got there asking for that. I cannot find this worse staff in any other banks other that SBI.

Instead of assistance, customers are frequently met with impatience and a dismissive demeanor. Staff appear reluctant to take ownership of customer queries, often directing individuals to multiple departments or employees without resolution. This unprofessional conduct is damaging to the bank's reputation and must be addressed through comprehensive customer service training.3. YONO App: A Technical Nightmare for Credit Card ApplicationsThe YONO app is advertised as a solution for digital banking, but its credit card application process is, simply put, the worst I have ever encountered.Technical Instability: The app is plagued with bugs, sessions expire randomly, and forms fail to submit, often forcing users to start the entire process over.Zero Transparency: Applications are often instantly rejected with no clear, actionable reason, even for customers with a long-standing relationship and excellent CIBIL scores.Confusing KYC: The digital KYC process is convoluted and frequently stalls, contradicting the promise of a "seamless" digital experience.The process is demotivating and fails the basic test of user experience. The SBI credit card application process through YONO is essentially non-functional and requires urgent technical remediation.Call to ActionI demand that SBI takes immediate and serious action to:Improve branch operational efficiency and reduce customer wait times.Enforce strict professional conduct standards among staff.Fix the fundamental technical flaws and confusing process within the YONO app's credit card application workflow.A major bank should not be failing its customers so completely in both its physical and digital presence.
I have deposited my cheque and FD on 15th October 2025. Also inform that its urgent to deposit the cheque and break the FD so that my policy premium will submit on time thats on 21st october. and they said yes its takes only half an hr to do it. Today on 24th october, I have to write this review and giving one star only. My FD still not credited to my account. We cannot trust them
I applied for a loan and it got sanctioned after 2 months. After that, they have not called me. I used to go occasionally but they were making it more difficult for me. The amount I am taking for the loan is 6 lakhs. After the sanction, I went to sign today and that is when I still have to submit some certificates and I got a pass for only 3 lakhs. When I took the loan or when I was running for it, they did not tell me that only this amount can be given to a person. I came to know this only at the end. Now I do not know what to do. I decided to take a loan and study by trusting them. I want to take a case and pay it. Their service is very bad. No one should trust them. No child should get cheated like me.
