The collection team of this bank behaves unprofessionally, often resorting to threats instead of understanding the customer’s situation. They talk about legal action and home visits without any empathy. It feels like being a PSU bank, they act above all rules, and even RBI intervention seems ineffective. Very disappointing experience.
this bank login is a waste of time i use kotak i use axis with no problem but this bank under the pretext of security want you to change not only login password but also profile pass word every time.hopeless net banking same as their hopeless employees in th bank branches
SBI is dependable for basic banking services, especially with its wide branch network. However, customer service can be hit or miss , and digital platforms sometimes lag behind private banks. A decent option if you prefer traditional banking with good reach.
I have had a letter saying my account is now inactive. I have tried to log on throughout the time with this bank and can never log in because I can't even put the secret code in that is displayed on the screen. WHY IS THIS BANK SO DAMN DIFFICULT TO DEAL WITH? I just want my money back and close the accounts. Please SBI SORT YOUR ONLINE BANKING AND AP OUT!!
