This is the worst bank in the entire region. It's impossible to complete the Re KYC process online. The staff is unhelpful and unprofessional. Particularly at the branch located on Necklace Road in Hyderabad. My funds are inaccessible, and I'm facing a medical emergency.

After closing a credit card linked to this bank, I was told a fixed deposit account was created in my name. Despite multiple calls and emails, I received no assistance. I was informed my FD was closed, but this turned out to be untrue, leaving me frustrated and feeling ignored.
Creating a fixed deposit has been a nightmare. My money was deducted, but the transaction isn't reflected in my account. The customer service is appalling, with representatives providing vague and unhelpful responses, leaving me frustrated and confused.
