Everyone in sales or business development do their best to build a relationship with with a prospective or existing client, however very few do that authentically. Almost none are genuine. For Rob Rogerson this is easy and that is because he is genuine and therefore what he says and does comes across as not "sales", but a real effort to provide not just what is being asked, but 1% more.
Rob and the team went out of their way to help us with our project. We don't usually write reviews online but felt we had to express how pleased we were with the outstanding service we received. They provided us with a bespoke and flexible plan and always had time to listen to our ideas.
