Small is way too small, even for a small female. The dark blue material is very uncomfortable, and the vest is too narrow for a SMALL woman's hips.A Loser.

I have purchased Scottevest merchandise over seven times and I have been well-pleased with each of them.The merchandise is well constructed with multiple pockets. I have also encouraged my relatives, friends and associates to make purchases.They have also been pleased. I would not be without mine when I travel or when I am shopping and do not want to carry a purse especially during the Christmas Holidays.
