I ordered a vest one size too large and they helped me return the vest by priority mail and they processed my exchange in had my new vest to me in three days. I always enjoyed my Scott Vest products and never had to return one before It's made me even more loyal to the brand and have pointed my adult kids toward Scott Vest knowing they'll be treated well.
I don't know where to begin- design is fantastic- pockets all over and in similar locations in each jacket- vest so I always know where every item is. Style- service impeccable. Call me for more about my joy that I share with everybody I meet.
Very disappointed with the sleeves at the wrist. I have always been considered large frame by my wrist measurement. The wrist closures are huge on me. The Velcro tabs are ridiculously long and extend way to long. I paid quite good money for a prouduct that looks ridiculous in it's current form. I must have it altered if possible to use it. You might want to take a look at some competing brands to improve your product.
I have a closet full of Scottevest products. I don't recall what I did before I had all those pockets to put things. They are great for biking and exercise and for type one diabetes places to carry all the junk that goes with that lifestyle.
