Love the customer service and love the product. I ordered 2 pair of pants and a fleece hoodie the first time and the fleece hoodie is so soft I only wear it when I know it won't get messed up. I had ordered two pair of pants in different colors, turned out that the different colors were also slightly different designs and the one olive pair were a little big. I ended up washing them before I thought to ask about returning them. The lady I chatted with was really nice, since I washed them, she offered me a discount or free shipping on a new pair in a smaller size. The pants are so comfortable, I wear them like I would sweat or yoga pants, but they look like nice casual pants.
Excellent in concept, less so in reality.Sizes run super small. After I had already returned one item (because it was way too small) and reordered in a much larger size, I was reluctant to return it the second time for the exact same reason, so I gave it away. Sizes are deceptive, and for an item that requires space to put things, having it sized so small meant there was NO WAY I could put anything in the lovely pockets with the garment on. I would have really liked having this if it had worked, so I was ultimately quite disappointed.
