I had a great customer service experience with Sarah. It really makes all the difference to feel that one is interacting with a "real person" and someone who is really prepared to listen to one's questions and specific requirements.I am a Brit army veteran now trying to raise a bit of money for charity through my art work, and now living in Taiwan. So this is quite an expensive purchase for me and I don't want to order the wrong product. Excellent company - great customer service!!My spouse and I are planning a trip to Europe next year. I decided I wanted a ScotteVest Hoodie with all of its lovely pockets for the trip. I read all the reviews and decided to order an XXL on a 50% coupon code. It was everything it was supposed to be - but it was a tiny bit larger than I really needed. I have a lovely friend who shares my love of hoodies - so I could send the big one to him. I reached out to customer service and asked the ultimate question - would they consider giving me the code again so I could purchase a smaller size for me? AND THEY DID!That level of customer service blows me away. I love the product and I stand by the quality of the company!

I bought one of their shirts and didn't try it on until I was packing for my journey to Europe. The shirt was way too big but with Sarah's help I was able to swap it for the next smaller size even though I was outside their normal return period. WAY TO GO SARAH !
