Sarah quickly resolved an issue with a defective product. She did so in a friendly and professional way. Plus Scottevest is THE best travel product out there. Hands down. IMO.The QUEST vest has been my favorite "carry on bag", so to speak, for many trips. The best part is it doesn't count as a bag! The built in "back pack" pocket on the back is great for spur of the moment souvenir shopping at the airport...no room in your bag? No problem!!

I am so pleased with your service

I am so pleased with your service. My just received jacket had a bad zipper. Of course I was disappointed, but when I called and talked to Kelsey, she couldn't have been nicer. I am very happy my new jacket will be shipped on Monday. I will definitely follow through and send the defective jacket back asap.
