Good products, delivery and support....I had a slight issue on the size of a pair glove which meant I had to return and get a larger size. Unfortunately the same version was now sold out but the support team took me through the process and got it all sorted and kept me up to date with the progress of the return.
AI Nelson agent responded in minutes to my email. Also offering to be transferred to a human agent. Once the process started with emails responses were quick.I requested to be transferred to a human agent with Krystal responding quickly with options to resolve issue.
Excellent customer service- within less than a minute of sending my email re. a product issue, I received a response, which was then followed up within a 10 minutes re. a solution. The whole experience was exceptional! The expeditious way in which my query was dealt with was impressive and has surpassed my experience with larger brand retailers.
